Independent Age makes every possible effort to ensure that the information published on its online recruitment system is accurate and up to date, but does not accept any responsibility for errors or omissions and reserves the right to make amendments at any time and without prior notice.
Links to third party websites may be used for the convenience of users. By linking to these websites Independent Age in no way endorses the contents, views or information held on such sites.
In registering to use our online recruitment system you undertake to provide accurate and current information about yourself, including your correct name, address and any other requested information and to update that as necessary in any subsequent applications.
If you knowingly make any false statements or withhold any relevant information this may result in disciplinary action up to and including dismissal or the withdrawal of any offer of appointment.
Independent Age cannot be held liable for delays to applications resulting from failures of the system outside its direct control.

Accessibility
This accessibility statement applies to the eRecruitment software called Stonefish used by Independent Age. This is accessed using the URL https://jobs.independentage.org. The site uses software supplied by the company Stonefish. It has been developed to meet the WCAG AA standards.
It is important to us that everyone viewing the recruitment system can do so easily. For example that means you should be able to:
- understand the website text
- change colours and contrast levels
- zoom in up to 400% without the text spilling off the screen
- navigate all the content using just a keyboard
- all images have alternative text
- be able to understand hyperlink destinations from the text description
- navigate to all headings on the page using assistive technology
- use text to speech tools to access content
The colours used have been chosen for contrast to aid visually impaired users.
