The Learning and Development Advisor will play an integral part in creating a culture of learning at Independent Age. The postholder will support the Learning and Development Manager to ensure all staff at Independent Age have access to training to support our strategic goals.

This is a busy role with a wide range of responsibilities and projects. The Learning and Development Advisor will be responsible for the coordination and logistical delivery of the learning and development offer, as well as the maintenance and management of all administrative support, including collating and evaluating feedback. Alongside this, the postholder will also work collaboratively with the Learning and Development Manager in the design and delivery of the learning and development offer. 

We are seeking a driven and highly organised team member to join Independent Age. You should have exceptional time management skills to successfully manage priorities. The ability to use virtual platforms such as Teams and Zoom, and proficiency in Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint are all essential for this role. You will be confident in facilitation classroom based and virtually, with proven experience of delivering training.
